Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026. SignaFlow is operated by iJON Tech GbR ("we"). This policy explains what data the SignaFlow Freshservice app processes.

What data the app processes

SignaFlow reads agent profile information (name, job title, email address, phone number, department, group, country, workspace) from your Freshservice account at the moment an agent opens a reply, solely to render that agent's email signature.

Templates, rules and image links that administrators create are stored in your own Freshservice account's app settings.

What we do not do

We do not copy, store or process your agent or ticket data on our own servers. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising in the app. Images (logos, banners, icons) remain in your own storage (Google Drive, SharePoint, Azure Blob, AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage or your CDN) and are loaded directly from there.

Third-party services

The app connects only to the image storage provider you configure, using the credentials you provide during setup. Those credentials are stored in Freshservice's secure app settings and are never sent to us.

Data retention & deletion

Uninstalling the app removes its settings from your Freshservice account. No data remains with us because none is transferred to us.
