Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026. These terms govern the use of SignaFlow – Dynamic Signatures & Branding for Freshservice ("the app"), provided by iJON Tech GbR, Engelbertstr. 29, 50672 Köln, Germany.

1. The service

SignaFlow is a Freshservice app that automatically inserts centrally managed, branded email signatures into agent replies, based on templates and rules configured by your administrators.

2. Subscription & billing

SignaFlow is billed per agent per month through the Freshworks Paid Apps Program. Billing, invoicing and cancellation are handled by Freshworks under their marketplace terms. Uninstalling the app ends the subscription according to those terms.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of your signature templates and for having the rights to the images you use. You must keep the credentials you enter during setup (API keys, SAS tokens) valid and appropriately scoped.

4. Availability

We aim for reliable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Parts of the service depend on Freshservice and on your chosen image storage provider. If an image source becomes unavailable, the app falls back to the last successfully loaded image.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for intent and gross negligence. We are not liable for damages caused by incorrect template HTML, misconfigured rules or unavailable third-party storage.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
